Produce a compelling and exciting Brand Day for Global Operating Partners meeting for 500 people with five weeks of design time.

Approach

This project required intensive collaboration and connection between client, stakeholders, vendors - all with ember conducting the process. First step was identifying and communicating the conference business objectives and then marrying those into a compelling and energized meeting visual identify that would inform all aspects of the event. With creative iterations ongoing, logistical expertise in sourcing, coordination were integrated, all with a veil of secrecy both to hold back content and surprises (VIPS) for maximum impact on the attendee.

Flawless execution of a 646-cue show across seven executive presentations, with 25 live models, and drop-in by President of Reebok Basketball Shaquille O'Neal. "The Ember team was imperative to the success of Brand Day. Logistics and SLT presentation support leading up to and day of exceeded expectations."
